As a homeowner you have a wide choice of management companies. It is a monumental decision to purchase a vacation home, however the decision on what company you choose to leave the care of your home in, is just as important if not more! We provide a monthly statement of accounts to our owners and they never have to wonder "what's that charge for"! We keep our owners advised of all issues in their homes. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed and there will be a cost to the owner, we call or email information to keep so they are up to date with what is going on! There are no "surprise" charges on our owner statements! We believe in keeping the lines of communication open at all times!
We believe you should ask questions. Who will answer the phone if your guest calls at 9:00 PM or 2:00 AM?? As a management company, we know that this business is NOT a 9-5 job! We have an answering service that is on-duty 24 hours a day, 7-days a week!! That means, even if our lines are tied up during normal business hours, our answering service will take the call and the caller will speak to a LIVE person....NOT an answering machine!! We understand the importance of speaking to a live person and feeling confident your questions or issues will be addressed properly!

We offer a full range of management services such as ensuring that your home meets the all of the short-term specifications and is licensed as required by Florida State Law. Our management package can be specialized to meet the specific needs of your property; not all properties will require the same services.
Including but not limited too:
• Lawn care.
The first impression a guest has of your home is when they pull up to the home. It`s important to have the lawn in great condition. Cutting, trimming, weeding, and checking irrigation are all part of our lawn care service. If your home is on a resort community, then you will not need this service as the grass is cut by the HOA.
• Pool care.
The swimming pool is cleaned on a weekly basis by pool technicians who are licensed and fully trained. Every week the pool is tested to make sure the right chemical balance is maintained and the deck is washed down as well. If there is an issue with any of your pool equipment, it will be diagnosed immediately by a licensed technician.
• Pest control.
Homes are sprayed inside tri-monthly and the lawns are sprayed bi-monthly by licensed pest control technicians. If a guest has a problem, a pest control tech is dispatched immediately.
• Housekeeping Service
This is an extremely important part of our property management service. You want your home to look its best for the benefit of your guests and yourself. We believe you should expect the best possible care of your home. We provide a cleaning service that is elite. Our aim is to have your vacation home looking its finest at all times. After your home has been cleaned, your home is inspected. Our Housekeeping department visits before and after guests to inspect homes for cleanliness, damages, and maintenance issues.
• Special Requests
From time to time you may wish to provide something different for your guests. For example- a birthday cake or a bottle of wine. Whether its a repeat guest or a wedding party, we can provide this service.
• Maintenance Services
We can provide a quality maintenance service. From installing a ceiling fan to exterior and interior house painting. Our service personnel can provide a quote for any type of work. As a home owner with Southern Select Villas, you will get discounted rates and quality services by licensed and insured companies.
• Financial Management
We also arrange payment of utilities, cable, telephone and internet. Certain restrictions regarding utilities do apply. Please call for more detailed information.
